On May 8, 2026, we co-hosted a Paper Development Workshop for Journal of Product Innovation Management (JPIM) with Professor Tomoko Kawakami (Graduate School of Business and Finance, Waseda University), welcoming Professor Ruby Lee, Editor-in-Chief of JPIM, as our facilitator. The workshop provided an excellent opportunity for six selected researchers from Japan to engage in active discussions on seven ongoing research projects and further refine their work toward publication in top international academic journals.
On April 8, Professor Wong Chan-Yuan from National Tsing Hua University visited the Institute of Innovation Research with approximately 40 EMBA students, where a joint seminar was held with Associate Professor Yoshioka-Kobayashi and Assistant Professor Padrón-Hernández. Associate Professor Yoshioka-Kobayashi delivered a lecture titled “Perspectives on Strategies of Data/AI-Driven Business,” Assistant Professor Padrón-Hernández delivered a lecture titled“Japanese Business and Management.” Following the lectures, an active Q&A session and discussions took place with the participating EMBA students, providing a valuable opportunity for meaningful exchange on both sides.
