Abstract:
Social network analysis workshop in the morning will introduce
the theory and the method of social network analysis. We will
together go through
(1) What is social network analysis?
(2) What are the commonly used indicators to describe a social network?
(3) What is the theoretical rationale behind these social network indicators?
We will demonstrate social network analysis with UCINET software.
Interested participants can download the software and bring their
laptops to the workshop.
